Commission TOS

Before commissioning

General info:
This is a living document, meaning we hold the right to update and change our terms of service whenever and however we deem necessary.
We are allowed to turn down any commissions for any reason, if your commission is turned down we will inform you as to why. The reason will most likely be one or more of the following:
·It's something we had in our 'won't draw' list
·It is beyond what we are capable to do
-We will be lenient with this as we want to challenge ourselves in order to improve, that being said we also need to be realistic with our abilities and will turn it down if the request is too difficult
·If we're unable to finish the commission for any reason
-We will be giving plenty of heads up and updates if any delays are to occur so there is nothing abrupt about it.
As the creator(s) of the art, we are well within our right to use any art that was made as a commission in our portfolio, as examples, and publicly post them on social media platforms.
Commissioners are allowed to request wips and request changes after they have approved of the initial sketch, however depending on the progress of the piece and the request there may be an additional charge
-This is only for major changes and after payment has already been done
If you are caught defending someone we have on our blacklist, you will also be added
Our queue list is kept on trello, please use the link provided to check your place in the queuePayment:
Payment is done through either cashapp, paypal, or ko-fi after the sketch has been approved by the commissioner.
If you ghost us without payment after the sketch is given you will be blocked
-If you're caught having taken the sketch without payment you will be blacklisted and exposed for theftRefunds:
Since payment is completed after the sketch is complete and approved by the commissioner we will not be providing a refund unless we are unable to complete the commission.NSFW commissions:
To prevent ourselves from getting into trouble, we will be strict on our NSFW art policy
You must be over the age of 18 in order to commission one of these from us
-We will ask you to confirm whether or not you are over 18 (the message will also be screenshot) while we will not ask you to show any personal information such as personal identification to prove you are over 18, we will be checking any other socials the commissioner may have to check for any inconsistences in age
Our 'won't draw' regarding NSFW is non negotiable
-If we say we will not draw nsfw of a certain character(s) then we will not draw them. If you try to convince and or push us to do so you will be blocked, reported for harassment, blacklisted, and exposed
We will be checking the ages and relations regarding canon characters (and ocs as well)
-This way we are not deceived into drawing characters that are actually minors/related/have a problematic or toxic relationship.
Because we and some other people we know are systems with fictives, we may turn down canon characters unless we know that they are comfortable with it

What you may do with our art

With credit you may:
·Use it as a pfp
·Submit it to any art gallery your character may have (ex: toyhouse)
·Use it as a lockscreen and or wallpaper

What you may NOT do with our art

Under any circumstances can you:
·Claim the art as your own
·Reupload/repost it (even with credit)
·Make changes
·Sell as an NFT
·Trace or copy
·Resell or make any profit off of our art (ex: use as a print)
Doing any of this will result anywhere between a warning to being blacklisted and exposed
